                                  ALUMINUM-THE PERFECT BOAT MATERIAL

Picture
Some of our most popular modifications include raised and/or extended fishing decks, custom rod lockers,  storage bins (with or without removable liners), live wells/bait tanks, battery compartments,  control consoles and safety railings.

Tracker 1548 bench seat mod.  On many boats, the rear bench seat is spaced too far forward, to comfortably reach the tiller.  This problem is compounded when a jackplate is added.

This simple modification makes it much more comfortable to operate the outboard.  In this boat, we also added a lid over the rear fuel tank compartment.

On this 1548 G3, we also incorporated a storage hatch on each side.

Grab rail.  This rail was designed to make the step down from a high bay boat bow deck easier.

Here it is installed.  This addition makes the boat much safer and more comfortable.

Tiller grab bar.  This center 'console' provides a solid grab rail for piloting a tiller operating boat while standing.  The forward legs straddle the owner's YETI cooler with cushion on top, for additional seating.

The box provides a mounting location for a switch panel (starboard side), as well as a cubby on the port side, keeping small items within easy reach.

This leaning post was designed for a customer's 22' fiberglass center console.  It was built to straddle his cooler, and also features a flip-down footrest.

He also planned on mounting a canvas hanging bag in the area under the lid, and the loop around the back was to mount a series of rod holders.
45" heavy duty fish ruler blanks.  A local tackle shop needed these for a series of striper tournaments.  The owner had a local graphic shop make a decal with both the dimensions and the tourney sponsors.

Center storage box.  This small box fits between the two console seats on a small bass boat.  It provides a dry, lockable storage place for small items such as wallets, keys, etc.
Supports for lids and drop in boxes.  In this Tracker 1448, space was at a premium, so putting hatches in the stern bench seat was the least intrusive method of storage.

Finished with lids and carpet.

These rails were built for a customer on the other side of the country.  As seen in the picture, the 3rd leg is on a telescoping 'slider.'  Thus, the rails can be mounted on varying boat configurations, without needing alterations.

Seat boxes.  These boxes add much needed storage to boats with open floorplans, while providing a sturdy mounting base for a swivel seat.

Lid for stern fuel tank/battery storage area.  This very simple project gives the aft deck much more useability.

Bow deck storage hatch.  In many factory boats, the wasted space in a bow deck or bench seat can be turned into useful, secure and dry storage.

Bowfishing light bar.  This setup holds 10 LED lights for bowfishing or flounder gigging.  Easily removable with just a pair of bolts and a turnbuckle.

Finished off with a durable matte black powder coat.

The flimsy factory bow cap on these RiverHawk boats don't lend themselves to mounting trolling motors.

This new aluminum bracket allows for the level mounting of a bow mounted trolling motor.

5' long side storage/gun box.  This dry storage box simply adds much needed storage space to this customer's boat.  The port side is tapered to match the hull side.

This owner needed a set of steps on the outside transom corners of his duck boat.  Here is the transom before.....

And after.  These small steps make a big difference when entering the boat from the water.

The addition of these handrails make the boat much more comfortable and safe for the passengers.  Also, they make it easier to push the boat around by hand, when wading in shallow water.
